HR & Admin Manager

About the role

The HR & Admin Manager will lead all human‑resources and office‑administration functions for our Singapore entity, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and supporting business growth in the Internet Data Centre (IDC) sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations and compliance, including employment contracts, employee handbooks, and adherence to MOM regulations and the Employment Act.
• Manage compensation and benefits: run local payroll, submit CPF contributions, and handle annual tax filings (IR8A/AIS).
• Administer work passes (EP, S Pass, DP/LTVP) and use MOM’s COMPASS for pre‑assessment and applications.
• Drive talent acquisition and workforce planning for the AI/IDC business, ensuring timely onboarding of key talent.
• Implement performance management frameworks and coordinate onboarding and industry‑specific training.
• Act as the dedicated HR Business Partner, supporting team building, talent allocation, and employee engagement.
• Facilitate cross‑cultural integration between expatriate staff and local teams.
• Manage office operations, tenancy, fixed‑asset procurement, vendor relationships, and regional travel logistics.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of HR and administration experience, preferably in the IDC industry.
• Deep knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF submission, MOM EP Online / myMOM Portal, and COMPASS scoring criteria.
• Based in Singapore with willingness to travel to Indonesia and Malaysia for short‑term trips.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
