Senior Executive, Workforce Planning

About the role
CSIT is looking for motivated and experienced individuals to join its Workforce Planning team. The role involves developing and implementing frameworks and policies that support the optimal development and deployment of human capital, and working with internal and external stakeholders to monitor manpower and trends and propose suitable interventions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and drive process reviews
- Support senior management in workforce design and transformation efforts
- Monitor and analyse workforce health, performance and key trends to design and implement data-driven strategic interventions
- Maintain a strong partnership with senior management in the community
- Represent the community in working-level policy discussions with stakeholders
Required profile
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, with at least 8 years of working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
