HR Manager – Strategic Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an agile, progressive HR Manager to shape the employee experience and drive business growth within a fast‑moving media and creator ecosystem. Reporting to the Regional Head of People, you will act as both a strategic partner and an operational leader, owning end‑to‑end HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR business partner to designated business units, advising senior leaders on people strategy, performance management and conflict resolution.
• Identify workforce trends, skills gaps and retention risks; design data‑driven talent solutions and lead change‑management initiatives.
• Partner with the Head of People and business leads to forecast manpower needs, oversee full‑cycle recruitment for critical roles and enhance employer branding.
• Continuously evolve HR policies, employee handbooks and wellbeing programmes to reflect a vibrant, creative culture while ensuring compliance.
• Mentor junior HR team members and foster a high‑performance culture across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering within a dynamic, creative or media environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate workforce data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Passion for building inclusive, engaging employee experiences and supporting rapid growth.
