Human Resources – Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of training programs that support our company’s mission and vision. Working closely with property leadership, you will ensure employees have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and promote employee training programs across product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service and leadership.
• Conduct needs assessments, design curricula and develop training materials aligned with adult‑learning principles.
• Facilitate both custom and corporate training sessions, using effective instructional methods.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance and participant progress; gather feedback and performance data.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, measure ROI and report on learning transfer to operational results.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify performance gaps and create targeted development plans.
• Develop annual training budgets and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years relevant experience, **or** a 4‑year degree with a certified trainer credential and no experience required.
• Certified trainer status is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest service standards.
