Legal Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

WongPartnership LLP is seeking qualified lawyers to join its award‑winning practice as Associates or Senior Associates. You will work on high‑profile, complex transactions and disputes across a broad range of practice areas, collaborating with some of the region’s leading legal minds.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and solutions to corporate and private clients.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Assist senior partners in managing and executing large‑scale transactions and litigation matters.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry developments.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 3–6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
