Legal Counsel

About the role

The Legal Counsel will provide in‑house legal services across IHHSG’s management, functions and business units. You will support commercial objectives while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive legal support for corporate and commercial transactions.
• Review, negotiate and manage vendor, service provider and B2B contracts.
• Support IHHSG’s tender processes, including participation in government and private tenders.
• Manage dispute resolution and regulatory complaint handling.
• Maintain a contract template repository and ensure up‑to‑date legal documentation.
• Liaise between internal stakeholders and external counsel, overseeing legal advice and cost management.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments to advise the business on emerging risks.

Required profile

• Recognised law degree from a world‑class university.
• Licensed to practise law in at least one major jurisdiction.
• Minimum three years of post‑qualification experience.
• Proven track record as an in‑house counsel or in private practice.
