Legal Counsel

About the role

SNP Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its international legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will provide field legal support across the JAPAC region, helping the company navigate complex SAP transformation projects while ensuring compliance with local laws.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of contracts, including supplier agreements, service contracts, leases and partnership arrangements.
• Advise on corporate transactions, business operations, regulatory compliance and governance matters such as board resolutions and filings.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal risks across projects and business functions.
• Develop and deliver compliance frameworks, training programs and legal policies for employees.
• Manage relationships with external law firms, regulatory authorities, partners and government bodies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including HR, Finance, Operations, IT and senior leadership—to provide timely, practical legal advice.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the legal landscape in the JAPAC region.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving, technology‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical and risk‑management skills.
