Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations for RTX’s aerospace and defense business in Singapore. The role involves handling receiving, inventory control, shipping, and supporting after‑hours AOG requirements while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, inspection, and processing of engines, spares, customer parts and consumables in SAP.
• Maintain accurate inventory through binning, picking, stock adjustments, cycle counts and annual stock‑take.
• Ensure proper segregation, preservation, traceability and FIFO control of serviceable, quarantine, customer‑owned and unserviceable materials.
• Prepare packing, shipping documentation and manage import/export screening and transportation of goods.
• Investigate damages or discrepancies, submit defect reports and reconcile quarantine inventory.
• Produce logistics documentation, operational reports and dashboards to support traceability and performance monitoring.
• Support after‑hours AOG needs, audits and compliance activities as directed by the Logistics Cell Lead.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Relevant NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma qualification.
• Physical ability to handle material and lift within safety guidelines.
• Mature, independent team player with good interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP for inventory and transaction management.
• Certified forklift licence (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Visio.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting (advantage).
