Logistics Officer

About the role

The Logistics Officer will support RTX's aerospace and defense operations in Singapore by managing inbound and outbound material flows, ensuring accurate inventory, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify delivery orders, perform visual quality checks, and confirm purchase orders in SAP.
• Receive, label, and stock parts after IQA inspection; manage FIFO or FEF0 as required.
• Pick parts according to job pick lists, ensuring correct quantity, batch number, and documentation.
• Execute material transactions such as PO receipt, issue to jobs, RSN, and other relevant movements.
• Process customer‑repaired components and forward paperwork to Sales & Marketing.
• Maintain housekeeping, adhere to safety procedures, and perform ad‑hoc tasks like packing and unpacking shipments.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts for GASCA stock and support logistics supervisor or store manager as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logistics or an equivalent qualification.
• Positive work attitude, strong team spirit, and effective communication skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for inventory and material transactions.
• Microsoft Office competency.
• Forklift operation license (preferred).
