Manager, Membership & Engagement

About the role

The CFA Society Singapore is looking for a proactive, member‑centric Manager to drive membership growth, engagement, and retention. You will own the end‑to‑end membership lifecycle and collaborate with volunteers, committees, industry partners, and the CFA Institute to enhance the member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase member acquisition, engagement, and renewal.
• Oversee the full membership lifecycle—from onboarding to recognition and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, volunteers, CFA candidates, employers, universities, and industry partners.
• Partner with Marketing & Communications and Events teams to launch membership campaigns, communications, and events.
• Manage member enquiries across hotline, WhatsApp, and other channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Supervise membership administration, CRM data integrity, and operational processes.
• Analyze membership trends, engagement metrics, and feedback to provide actionable insights to senior management and the Board.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in membership, community engagement, relationship management, customer success, or association management.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and communication abilities with a member‑focused approach.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and project‑management capabilities.
• Experience in a professional association, financial services, or professional education environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with the CFA Program and CFA Institute ecosystem is desirable.
