Lead, Marketing Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking a Lead, Marketing Campaigns to shape marketing and affordability strategies across our global brands (Foodora, foodpanda, Yemeksepeti). The role bridges business goals with campaign strategy, working closely with cross‑functional partners to boost user growth, platform engagement and commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Translate country objectives into promotional strategies that drive Monthly Active User acquisition, frequency and other KPIs across Food & Quick Commerce.
• Create scalable regional campaign frameworks that balance consistency with local relevance.
• Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to set performance management standards and monitor campaign results.
• Leverage AI tools and automated reporting workflows to streamline tracking and accelerate decision‑making.
• Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable returns.
• Manage a promotional vendor mix that enhances brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Partner with the commercial team on joint business plans and top‑brand proposals to unlock shared growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in campaign management, growth or generalist marketing within a fast‑paced tech, e‑commerce or consumer‑facing platform.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling 360° projects with clear business impact (e.g., ROI, MAU, GMV growth).
• Strong strategic mindset and problem‑solving ability, with skill in extracting insights from complex performance data.
• Experience or strong interest in integrating AI capabilities, smart automation and workflow optimisation.
• Demonstrated success in cross‑functional and cross‑country collaboration, influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable operating across regional markets in a multicultural environment.
