Medical Advisor – CVRM (Singapore)

About the role

AstraZeneca is seeking a Medical Advisor for its Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolism (CVRM) portfolio in Singapore. In this position you will act as a medical and clinical expert, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of life‑changing medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical and clinical expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Engage KOLs through scientific exchange meetings, advisory boards and other interactions.
• Contribute to brand strategy, life‑cycle management and the design of medical activities aligned with the brand.
• Lead the planning and execution of medical initiatives that support the CVRM portfolio.

Required profile

• Advanced scientific degree (e.g., PhD, MD).
• Experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Extensive experience in relationship and stakeholder management.
• Project management experience.
• Desirable: qualified medical doctor, deep understanding of multiple Medical Affairs functions, knowledge of latest technical and regulatory developments.
