Medical Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

Servier Singapore is seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote its ethically‑positioned pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. You will work within an assigned territory, building relationships with key opinion leaders and supporting continuing medical education initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and activity targets in the assigned territory in line with company objectives.
• Conduct territory analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
• Leverage digital tools and an omnichannel approach to enhance engagements and promotional activities.
• Execute the allocated budget and plan actions accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a medical sales representative or in a similar role.
• Self‑driven, proactive achiever with a strong passion for sales and marketing.
• Target‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and resilience skills.
