Procurement Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Associate to lead daily procurement activities for our APAC operations. You will act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring compliant, cost‑effective purchasing of hardware, software and related technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders based on stakeholder requisitions while ensuring compliance and value optimisation.
• Negotiate proposals and quotes with external suppliers, balancing cost, quality and delivery timelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners and external vendors.
• Oversee logistics for external orders and internal hardware shipments, monitoring progress and resolving challenges.
• Ensure all purchased goods meet company standards and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with finance and suppliers to process invoices promptly and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the APAC Procurement Manager on regional and global initiatives and ad‑hoc reporting.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of procurement experience in an IT or technology environment, or a similar role supporting infrastructure, hardware or software.
• Bachelor’s degree in procurement, supply chain management or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices and the end‑to‑end buying process.
• Familiarity with procurement management software.
