Procurement Executive

About the role

The Procurement Executive will lead end‑to‑end purchasing activities, ensuring that all procurement processes align with company policies and project timelines. This role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to secure the best value and maintain smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Execute procurement operations, including sourcing, vendor management, and strategic planning.
• Manage order lifecycle from requisition through PO issuance to project close‑out.
• Collaborate with vendors for RFQs, onboarding, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and cost‑control guidelines.
• Utilize SAP MM, SRM and Knox systems for transaction processing and reporting.
• Review and validate costs against market rates and historical data.
• Coordinate with sales, delivery, operations, finance and other stakeholders to avoid project delays.
• Perform month‑ and year‑end closing activities and generate management reports.
• Identify and resolve procurement issues promptly and support ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of purchasing and order‑management experience, preferably in the IT sector.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing local and overseas vendors, with Asia‑Pacific exposure considered a plus.
• Strong understanding of quotations, contract terms and negotiation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP MM and related ERP modules.
• Experience using SRM and Knox procurement systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
