Project Executive – Physical Security Systems

About the role

The Project Executive will lead end‑to‑end execution of physical security system projects, ensuring that timelines, deliverables and quality standards are met. You will act as the primary liaison for clients and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle from planning to handover, monitoring progress, budget and quality.
• Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors and clients to maintain alignment and smooth workflow.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and promptly address any issues.
• Allocate resources, including manpower and materials, to optimise performance.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and records.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in security or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, responsible and eager to learn.
• Own transport (car or motorcycle) for site travel; transport allowance provided.
