Job description
Key responsibilities
- Assist in procurement and selection of subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take‑offs, and bills of quantities (BQ)
- Prepare and evaluate quotations, tenders, and contract documents
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures throughout the construction period
- Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, and variation claims
- Review and negotiate quotations with subcontractors and suppliers
