Recruitment Consultant – Account Manager (Financial Services)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager to join our Singapore team, focusing on delivering top‑tier talent to financial services clients. You will work with an established client base, handling the full recruitment lifecycle without the need for business development.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and attend job briefings.
• Source and engage high‑quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and our internal database.
• Qualify talent through proven processes and guide candidates through each recruitment stage.
• Map candidate markets, analysing team structures, competition and talent pools.
• Collaborate closely with senior account managers and the sales team to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in‑house).
• Strong candidate sourcing skills across multiple platforms.
• High‑energy, positive attitude and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Motivated by achieving targets and eager to learn and grow.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably from a top local or international university.
