About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore office at Raffles Place. In this full‑time, permanent position you will partner with clients across our specialist brands to source and place mid‑ to senior‑level talent, driving business growth and strengthening long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively build and manage a portfolio of client accounts, presenting tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source, engage and assess candidates for specialised roles, becoming a market expert in the assigned sector.
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage feedback loops and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
• Lead offer negotiations, guiding both parties to successful placements.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM and contribute to business development initiatives.
