Regional Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

This newly created position supports a US‑based technology organization as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner based in Singapore. You will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with growth objectives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on talent management, performance, total rewards and employee relations.
• Drive employee engagement and retention programs to foster a high‑performing culture.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR to implement global processes while ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Work with the broader HR team on continuous improvement projects and operational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Degree qualification with 12‑15 years of full‑cycle HR experience, strong business partnering background.
• In‑depth knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices across Asia, including exposure to China and Japan markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing business needs.
• High sense of ownership, personal integrity and a proactive, self‑starting attitude.
