Senior Consultant – Japanese Speaker (Banking & FinTech)

About the role

This senior consulting position focuses on technology transformation for banking and financial services clients across Singapore and the Asia‑Pacific region. The role leverages Japanese language skills to engage Japanese‑speaking stakeholders and deliver innovative digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support technology transformation initiatives for banking and financial services clients.
• Analyse business requirements and design strategic technology solutions.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, business process assessments, and solution‑design sessions with client teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement digital, data, and operational transformation programmes.
• Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, project management or technology transformation within banking/financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, regulatory environments and technology transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Professional proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
