Technical Support Operations Specialist

About the role

EPOS, a Point-of-Sale digital solutions provider backed by Ant International, is looking for a Technical Specialist to join its Operations team in Singapore. The role supports both internal office functions and external technical deployments, especially POS system rollouts, and acts as a bridge between the intern technician team and clients. It is a hands-on position combining fieldwork and office work.

Key responsibilities

• Execute technical deployments and rollouts for POS systems and related projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues, including basic hardware and network problems
• Configure IP addresses, set up hardware and hand over deployed systems
• Support clients during deployments and escalate advanced issues
• Mentor deployed intern technicians and represent them in client interactions
• Maintain accurate documentation and report deployment or support issues
• Help with internal office technical needs, procure tools and items, and support operations projects

Required profile

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows OS and Android systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for tracking, documentation or data organisation
• Working understanding of IP networking, hardware setup and basic troubleshooting
• Clear verbal and written communicator who can explain technical concepts simply
• Proactive, independent, organised and able to adapt quickly in dynamic environments
