AI Product Manager Intern

About the role

EPOS is looking for an Applied AI Product Manager Intern to support its Applied AI Product Team in driving product-led growth, experimentation and AI-enabled customer engagement. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, product and design, working on real product problems such as performance analytics and AI-driven user interactions, and contributes to product improvements and go-to-market execution. The workplace is on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare structured performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders, turn product metrics into clear insights and management-ready presentations, and support weekly and monthly business reviews with data-backed narratives.
• Assist in redesigning marketing workflows using automation and AI, and build product and integration solutions that support marketing efforts.
• Analyze product and user data to identify drop-offs, trends and growth opportunities, support A/B testing and experimentation, and build and maintain datasets.
• Design and refine AI-driven customer interactions such as WhatsApp and chatbots, analyze conversation data to improve engagement, activation and retention, and work with LLM-based systems to structure prompts, flows and guardrails.

Required profile

• Strong PowerPoint design and storytelling ability.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design, including wireframing and user flows.
• Preferred: exposure to AI tools, chatbots or prompt design, and interest in LLM-driven product experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, including Power Query.
• Ability to interpret and communicate data insights clearly.
• Preferred: experience with Webflow or similar CMS platforms.
