Senior Executive, Telemarketing

About the role

Etiqa is seeking a dynamic Senior Executive to drive direct business growth through inbound and outbound telemarketing. You will convert qualified leads into customers, deepen relationships, and help maximize portfolio value while supporting the company’s mission of making the world a better place.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with customers via inbound and outbound calls to generate sales results.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable personal insurance solutions.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company sales standards.
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Support continuous improvement of sales processes, customer journeys, and campaign effectiveness.

Required skills

• Minimum 5 years of outbound telemarketing experience promoting general insurance products.
• General Insurance knowledge with mandatory BCP and PGI certifications.
• Diploma, GCE A Level or equivalent qualification.
