Senior Manager – Deliver Operations Planning

About the role

The Senior Manager, Deliver Operations Planning leads the execution of Deliver planning across a multi‑region network of distribution centres and transportation partners. The role ensures that planning standards are applied consistently, integrates Deliver inputs into Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and drives performance across service, cost, cash and resilience metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global execution of Deliver Operations Planning activities within established frameworks and standards.
• Ensure regional planning teams operate consistently within agreed planning guardrails.
• Monitor planning performance, identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Own supply and capacity planning for owned and 3PL distribution centres and transportation partners, providing visibility of constraints, risks and trade‑offs.
• Support regional teams in executing capacity and labour plans aligned to business priorities.
• Provide Deliver Operations Planning inputs, analysis and recommendations into IBP processes, including Supply Review and Management Business Review.
• Execute scenario planning and trade‑off analyses to support enterprise decision‑making and represent outcomes in IBP forums.
• Maintain compliance with global planning governance, standards and playbooks.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading supply‑chain planning functions across multiple regions.
• Strong analytical capability to monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and align planning with business priorities.
• Experience integrating planning inputs into Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
