Senior Manager, Human Resources (Business Partnering)

About the role

INSEAD is looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources (Business Partnering) to join its global HR team. The role supports the Senior Director, Business Partnering and delivers a consistent, high‑quality HR experience across the Europe campus in Fontainebleau and the Asia campus in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers in dedicated departments, providing expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations and people decisions.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned departments, delivering timely, solution‑oriented support.
• Coordinate annual performance reviews, salary reviews and talent‑management cycles.
• Drive onboarding, learning, development, skills mapping and capability‑building initiatives.
• Collaborate on talent reviews and succession planning to strengthen organisational capability.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, promotions, transfers and exits.
• Support absenteeism management and reintegration of employees returning from extended leave.
• Ensure HR data integrity and compliance through effective use of HRIS and collaboration with HR Operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience in an international environment and 10 years of overall professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, employment legislation and HR systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills across cultures.
• Strong organisational and project‑management capabilities.
• Fluent in English and French.
