Senior Manager, Rider Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to own and drive the end‑to‑end rider gear supply chain across 17 global markets for our food delivery brands. You will be responsible for forecasting demand, sourcing equipment, managing inventory and logistics, and ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional demand forecasting and production planning for rider gear and paper bags.
• Manage inventory across multiple storage locations, optimizing replenishment and holding costs.
• Oversee logistics operations, including equipment storage, fulfillment and cross‑border distribution.
• Maintain relationships with 3PL partners, freight forwarders and equipment suppliers, handling tenders and performance evaluation.
• Drive supply‑chain automation projects (e.g., n8n workflows) to reduce manual work and speed up rider onboarding.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop standardized, durable equipment and achieve cost savings.
• Support brand awareness initiatives through rider branding projects.
• Coordinate with finance, legal and tax teams for compliance reporting and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in supply chain management, procurement or logistics operations.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional, multi‑market initiatives.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and intercultural communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Ariba.
• Familiarity with Shopify for inventory and order management.
• Hands‑on knowledge of workflow automation tools, specifically n8n.
