Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead talent attraction for our Singapore office, covering both Campus and Experienced Professional hiring. You will partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to shape recruiting strategies that deliver high‑quality candidates and support our growth across Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for experienced professionals, including sourcing, screening, assessment, interview coordination, offer development and candidate nurturing.
• Design and execute campus recruiting programs, managing events, school partnerships, candidate engagement and pipeline cultivation.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop tailored recruiting plans and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Provide data‑driven insights on pipeline health, market trends and recruiting performance to continuously improve processes.
• Support broader Singapore and Southeast Asia recruiting initiatives as required.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally covering both campus and experienced‑professional hiring.
• Experience in professional services or consulting environments is preferred.
