Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for senior and business‑critical positions. You will partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to translate workforce priorities into effective talent acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and critical roles, from need definition to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders to understand business priorities and required leadership capabilities.
• Coordinate with local recruitment teams across multiple markets, providing market insights and hands‑on search support.
• Conduct proactive talent mapping, executive search, and build strategic pipelines for recurring senior hiring needs.
• Provide hiring managers with data‑driven recommendations on candidate quality, market availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring risks.
• Manage senior candidates throughout the process, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve hiring speed and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment, focusing on senior or business‑critical roles.
• Proven ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders and translate business needs into hiring strategies.
• Strong business acumen, judgment, and ability to assess leadership potential and cultural fit.
• Proactive, resourceful, self‑driven with excellent problem‑solving and independent judgment.
• Effective project management skills, capable of handling multiple complex searches across markets.
• Clear, confident communicator who can build credibility with senior leaders and candidates.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative regional environment.
• Experience in internet, technology, fintech, financial services, or executive‑search industry is a plus.
