Supply Chain Analyst – APAC Logistics (Singapore)

About the role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support APAC logistics operations for a leading global technology MNC. The role focuses on fulfilment, inventory management, reverse logistics and IT asset distribution across the region, with a primary onsite presence in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Track APAC fulfilment requests end‑to‑end, identifying risks, backlogs and SLA breaches.
- Maintain daily and weekly operational trackers, including open orders, backorders and SLA monitoring.
- Monitor logistics dashboards and KPIs to spot trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with regional sites, managed service providers and reverse‑logistics partners on returns, collections and fulfilment activities.
- Prepare escalation summaries and follow up on outstanding actions to resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate cycle counts, conduct variance audits and drive root‑cause remediation.
- Support inventory setup for smart lockers, vending solutions and new stocking locations.
- Assist with new site activations, hub go‑lives, data‑centre deployments and regional logistics projects.
- Validate carrier and vendor invoices, investigate discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
- Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation and vendor performance scorecards.
Required profile
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience in logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain management.
- Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain process optimisation and meeting end‑customer SLAs.
- Experience with asset management, inventory control and cross‑border shipping, customs and import documentation across APAC markets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working with internal teams, managed service providers, courier vendors and 3PL partners.
- Ability to work primarily onsite in Singapore.
