Supply Chain Planner – APAC & ME (Contract)

About the role

The Supply Chain Planner for APAC & ME will support day‑to‑day planning, procurement and logistics activities on a contract basis. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth order execution and data integrity across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate creation, tracking and follow‑up of purchase orders with suppliers.
• Monitor order status, identify and resolve supply or delivery issues.
• Assist demand and supply planning activities and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and distribute routine supply‑chain reports and key performance indicators.
• Collect and analyse operational data to support project schedules and outcomes.
• Support system testing, process standardisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Handle special assignments as required by the Supply Chain team.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply‑chain planning, purchase‑order management, logistics or operations coordination.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proven ability to coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• SAP ERP system.
