Supply Chain Planning Manager (Production)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to own end‑to‑end supply chain execution for volume production, ensuring materials, capacity and inventory align with build schedules and ramp requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Translate production forecasts and build plans into MRP, procurement plans and supplier commitments.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, safety stock and material consumption.
• Lead supply chain readiness across production builds at contract‑manufacturing (CM) partners.
• Coordinate build schedules, material availability and logistics with CM partners and suppliers.
• Support engineering change management for production‑phase design revisions.
• Manage transition from NPI/pilot builds to steady‑state production ramp.
• Develop and manage the production build plan at CM partners aligned with demand.
• Monitor supplier lead times, capacity constraints and delivery commitments.
• Identify material shortages, supply disruptions and single‑source risks.
• Track supply chain metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns and on‑time material availability.
• Provide regular updates on supply readiness and risks to cross‑functional leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in supply chain planning, MRP and inventory optimization for manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage supplier risk.
• Experience coordinating with contract‑manufacturing partners and procurement teams.
