Supply Planner (1-year Contract)

About the role

The Regional Supply Planner will manage supply chain operations across APIC markets on a one‑year fixed‑term basis. Working closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams, you will ensure product availability, support capacity planning, and drive continuous improvement in supply processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly supply planning operations, including macro allocation and swing planning.
• Maintain high product availability to maximize sales and revenue in the BSAP market.
• Analyze N+7 forecasts for import and export products, provide input for production planning, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with GSCM, SBUs, and group companies to improve availability, optimize costs, and address order cuts or shipment schedules.
• Support capacity planning initiatives, including mold investments and rolling forecasts.
• Report KPIs on a monthly basis, escalate issues, and develop improvement plans.
• Participate in cross‑functional calls, ensure compliance with trade, regulatory, and audit requirements, and execute assigned projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of logistics or supply chain planning experience.
• Strong understanding of production planning and factory operations.
• Experience or exposure to the Asia‑Pacific region is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a bonus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Working knowledge of WMS/Planning/ERP systems such as SAP and JDA.
