About the role

Join EY’s high‑performing Talent Acquisition team and partner with business leaders across multiple service lines to attract exceptional talent. You will act as a trusted advisor, using market insights and innovative sourcing strategies to influence hiring decisions and support workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for assigned service lines, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment support.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top‑tier and diverse talent.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and recommendations to business leaders.
• Build strong stakeholder partnerships to anticipate future talent needs.
• Maintain talent pipelines and nurture candidate relationships for current and future roles.
• Represent EY at recruitment events, networking sessions, and career fairs.
• Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and report findings to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in‑house, agency, RPO, or a combination thereof.
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and attract high‑caliber talent.
• Strong advisory skills with the capacity to influence hiring decisions.
