Talent Acquisition Partner - Global Monetization Product and Technology

About the role

Join TikTok’s Global Monetization Product and Technology team as a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Singapore. You will partner with hiring managers across APAC to drive end‑to‑end recruitment for product, technology and operations roles, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Identify, attract and negotiate complex compensation packages for candidates at all levels.
• Maintain a high‑touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Champion employer branding and coach interviewers on representing TikTok’s culture.
• Provide recruitment analytics, reporting and process optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in product, technology or operations.
• Strong familiarity with the Singapore talent market.
• Fluent Mandarin (both spoken and written) to manage regional markets.
• Proven ability to lead recruitment projects and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented with high ownership and curiosity.
