Talent Acquisition Specialist – End-to-End Hiring

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end‑to‑end hiring for both technical and business positions. You will partner with hiring managers and regional teams to deliver a consistent, candidate‑first experience while managing multiple searches.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full‑cycle recruitment for technical and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define role needs and hiring priorities.
• Proactively source niche technical skill sets and leadership‑track candidates.
• Coordinate with regional Talent Attraction teams, including sourcing, marketing, and operations.
• Apply standardized recruiting processes to ensure a scalable candidate experience.
• Provide clear pipeline updates, risk assessments, and next‑step recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support feedback surveys, reference checks, and related hiring initiatives.

Required profile

• Full‑cycle recruiting experience across technical and business hiring.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing niche talent and managing multi‑stream pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills with the ability to advise hiring managers and senior leaders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with external sourcing platforms and sourcing tools.
