Talent Acquisition Specialist – Entry Level

About the role

Medpace, a fast‑growing global clinical research organization, is looking for an Entry Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Asia Pacific HR team. You will support the Talent Acquisition function by sourcing candidates, reviewing CVs, and helping to organise hiring events and career fairs.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging and accurate job advertisements for various positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Source, screen, and schedule interview applicants to ensure an efficient interview experience.
• Coordinate recruitment events, including career fairs and Medpace‑hosted activities.
• Create and manage requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS.
• Develop relationships with universities, employment agencies, and other talent sources.
• Research industry trends, competitor practices, and market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and EEO regulations.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues on onboarding and orientation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Effective communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
