Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent for a fast‑growing technology environment. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality hires while maintaining efficient processes across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, professional networks, employee referrals and headhunting.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring positions, both locally and internationally.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, offer acceptance rate, hiring cost and effectiveness, and provide regular progress reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve recruitment efficiency while ensuring compliance with employment policies.

Required profile

• Diploma degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, AI or fast‑growing internet companies.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and direct sourcing.
• Fluent in English; Chinese/Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience recruiting across Singapore, Hong Kong or China is highly preferred.
