Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across technical and corporate functions in Singapore. The role partners with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and strengthening our employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop workforce plans.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines for critical positions, and source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Screen, assess, and interview candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle through the offer stage.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and maintain clear candidate communications to ensure a positive experience.
• Strengthen employer brand on digital platforms, support recruitment marketing, and represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and university engagements.
• Manage employee referral programmes and talent attraction campaigns.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, work pass applications, and support new‑hire integration.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, track metrics, and prepare reports; recommend process improvements.
• Contribute to HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and company events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring technical talent, preferably in technology, AI, semiconductor, automotive technology, software or other deep‑tech sectors.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruitment methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and candidate assessment abilities.
