Telemarketing Analyst – Outbound Sales

About the role
AIA is looking for a Telemarketing Analyst to join its Marketing, Distribution & Partnership team. You will work from a call‑centre environment, contacting leads provided by partners and helping customers choose suitable AIA financial products.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound telemarketing calls to leads supplied by partners.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate AIA products.
- Convert leads into sales while meeting individual and team quotas.
- Ensure all call activities comply with regulations and AIA quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum O Level qualification or higher.
- 2–5 years of outbound call‑centre or telemarketing experience in the financial industry.
- Optional certifications such as BCP, PGI, or HI.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
