1-2 Year Architect – Hospital Planning & Design

About the role

This position supports the planning and design of clinical and non‑clinical spaces within a Medical Tower. The architect will translate user requirements into functional layouts, ensuring workflow efficiency and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review space‑planning layouts for tenants, conduct test‑fit exercises and present alternatives.
• Facilitate planning meetings, capture user requirements, and produce accurate minutes and action items.
• Prepare presentation slides, meeting minutes, and planning reports for senior management.
• Review architectural drawings for compliance with local codes and healthcare facility design standards.
• Coordinate FF&E requirements and maintain drawing registers and document control systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• 1‑2 years of experience in space planning or hospital design.
• Strong ability to engage with clinical users and translate complex discussions into clear documentation.
• Attention to detail in reviewing drawings and ensuring regulatory compliance.
