Technical Manager (Civil & Structural Design)

About the role

The Technical Manager will lead civil and structural design functions for both existing projects and new tenders across building and infrastructure sectors. The role involves close coordination with consultants, clients and authorities to ensure design quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural site‑based design matters for existing projects and new tenders.
• Attend and proactively contribute to design coordination meetings with consultants and clients.
• Maintain the drawing registry and ensure the latest drawings and BIM models are accessible to all parties.
• Study and review drawings and specifications, identify discrepancies, and raise queries to consultants.
• Resolve technical issues on drawings and liaise with consultants, trades, and authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a contractor design/technical role or consultancy.
• Willingness to transition to a contractor‑side position.
• Availability for a 5‑day workweek.
