C&S/Technical Engineer (Precast Projects)

About the role
The role supports civil and structural (C&S) technical design for precast projects, covering both building and infrastructure works across Singapore. It involves handling design matters for existing projects and new tenders.
Key responsibilities
- Support C&S technical design functions and manage site‑based design for existing and upcoming projects.
- Attend and actively participate in design coordination meetings with consultants and clients.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date drawing registry and ensure BIM models are accessible to all parties.
- Issue transmittal forms and emails for the latest drawings and BIM models.
- Review drawings and specifications, raise queries on discrepancies, and resolve technical issues in liaison with consultants, trades and authorities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Structural or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in a contractor or consultant environment, preferably on precast projects.
Required skills
- Proficiency with BIM tools and models.
- Strong civil and structural design knowledge.
