1-Month Dental Assistant (5 days/week) – Up to $16/hr

About the role

This is a short‑term, 1‑month contract position supporting dental teams at two clinic locations in Singapore. The role involves providing chair‑side assistance, patient education, and administrative support during regular office hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Dental Officers or volunteer dentists chair‑side during various procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control and post‑operative care.
• Maintain strict infection‑control protocols and clinic cleanliness.
• Handle daily clinic maintenance, equipment sterilisation, and safety compliance.
• Schedule patient appointments and respond to queries, including subsidy level information.
• Process billing, CHAS claims and manage patient records.
• Maintain inventory records, liaise with vendors for stock delivery, and ensure proper use of dental supplies.
• Perform administrative duties such as coordinating with social workers and outreach partners.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidates with dental assisting experience.
• Willingness to work at both Redhill and Toa Payoh locations as needed.
• Availability for Monday‑Thursday 8:30 am‑6:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am‑5:30 pm.
