AI Product Enablement Engineer

About the role

The Quotient Inside AI Product Enablement Engineer supports the AI Capability & Adoption function through structured AI experimentation, prompt engineering, workflow testing and enablement support. The role focuses on reliable execution, technical fluency and consistent knowledge capture, building deeper expertise in AI tools and workflows for the Oliver Wyman Centre of Excellence for Quotient Inside. It reports to the Quotient Inside Product Strategy leadership team and the Director of AI Product Enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Run structured prompt testing and refinement across AI use cases owned by the Centre of Excellence, and support configuration and testing of custom GPTs and AI assistants
• Validate outputs for clarity, consistency, safety and usability
• Prototype lightweight AI workflows, identify basic technical constraints and escalate them, and support experimentation across AI tools
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, living exemplars and structured guides, document tested use cases and contribute demos to training materials
• Support office hours and working sessions, translate user questions into prompts or backlog items, and guide colleagues to the right resources
• Track recurring questions and usage patterns, share observations with the AI Product Strategy team and contribute to decks and enablement documentation

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in analytics, digital enablement or technology-adjacent roles
• Exposure to AI tools and interest in experimentation
• Experience supporting documentation or analysis work in collaborative, cross-functional environments
