Assistant Production Supervisor – Manufacturing (Shift)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Production Supervisor to support our manufacturing operations in Singapore. The role involves overseeing mould setup, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment on a rotating shift basis.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and troubleshoot injection moulds for precision plastic parts.
• Implement daily production plans to achieve target output.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure material availability.
• Monitor safety and productivity standards on the shop floor.
• Identify and reduce process discrepancies to improve moulding efficiency.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar production supervisory role.
• Hands‑on experience with injection moulding machines and mould testing.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (including nights) and overtime.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
