Assistant Vice President / Vice President, HR Governance & People & Culture

About the role

As an Assistant Vice President / Vice President of HR Governance, People & Culture, you will be a senior leader within SimplyGo, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Human Resource & Office Management. You will shape talent strategies, drive culture initiatives and ensure HR compliance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition strategy, using data and technology to attract top talent and strengthen the employer brand.
• Design and implement retention programmes that motivate and keep high‑performing employees.
• Oversee succession planning, leadership development and high‑potential talent programmes to build a robust leadership pipeline.
• Champion internal mobility, career development and inclusive employee‑engagement initiatives that foster trust and organisational pride.
• Establish and maintain HR governance frameworks, policies and codes of conduct, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with long‑term organisational objectives and manage HR budgets efficiently.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing HR team, promoting accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Strong partnership skills to work closely with business leaders and influence organisational direction.
• Track record of building high‑performing teams and driving culture change.
• Ability to manage complex HR governance, compliance and budgetary responsibilities.
