About the role

As AVP, APAC CRM Solution Consulting, you own the pre-sales technical engine behind ServiceNow's CRM, one of its fastest-growing areas. You lead a team of about 17 Solution Consultants and 3 first-line managers across Asia Pacific, directly accountable for the Net New Annual Contract Value (NNACV) that CRM delivers. The role is execution-focused: turning the company's AI-native CRM vision into repeatable pre-sales motions that win at speed and scale.

Key responsibilities

• Drive CRM NNACV growth, set team and individual pre-sales motions, forecast technical win rates and remove deal blockers
• Partner with CRM sales leadership to prioritize opportunities, use cases and industries across the region
• Build the next generation of pre-sales talent around the Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) model, recruiting, developing and retaining technical leaders
• Accelerate the move from demo-centric to proof-of-value (POV) centric go-to-market
• Keep the team fluent in agentic AI and Now Assist for CRM, and feed field insights back to product management
• Use AI automation to scale the team, simplify workflows and standardize POV frameworks
• Represent APAC CRM Solution Consulting in cross-functional and global forums

Required profile

• 10+ years leading pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales teams, including first-line managers
• Proven record of delivering ACV / NNACV targets in software or SaaS
• Experience leading distributed, multi-country teams across APAC
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience
• Expected to travel up to 50% of the time

• Fluency with AI and automation tools
• Experience evolving pre-sales motions from demo-centric to POV-centric
• Strong cross-functional operating skills and executive presence
