Channel Growth Associate (Trade-In)

About the role

Laku6, the AI-first electronics recommerce platform in Indonesia, is looking for a Channel Growth & Operations Associate to scale its device Trade-In business across major online platforms and retail partners. The role sits at the intersection of partnerships, operations and growth: managing Trade-In programs with partners such as Lazada and Shopee, and working with the Carousell platform team to run marketing campaigns that raise awareness and demand for Trade-In services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage performance of Trade-In programs across e-commerce and partner channels, including proposing and running promotional campaigns, improving the customer journey and conversion flow, and launching new initiatives with partners.
• Coordinate relationships with platform and retail partners, support onboarding of new partners, coordinate program launches, negotiate program improvements, and prepare weekly updates and quarterly business reviews.
• Run traffic and awareness campaigns on the Carousell platform using Carousell Ads and platform notifications, launch targeted promotions, monitor performance and optimise messaging, and help develop campaign creatives.
• Set up Trade-In programs in internal backend systems, coordinate with operations and logistics teams, and manage financial settlements and reconciliation with partners.
• Track weekly channel performance, prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders, and propose improvements to drive channel growth.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of experience are welcome.
• Curious, eager to learn, and able to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
• Comfortable working with unclear or evolving requirements and proactive in improving processes.
