Brand Ambassador – Path to Leadership

About the role

This full‑time Brand Ambassador position is designed for energetic individuals who want to start representing exciting brands and eventually move into leadership roles. No prior experience is required – we will train you on all aspects of brand promotion and campaign management.

Key responsibilities

• Represent and promote assigned brands at events, retail locations and online platforms.
• Execute promotional campaigns and gather consumer feedback.
• Meet new people daily and build a network of brand advocates.
• Coach and onboard new ambassadors as the team expands.
• Assist in managing campaign logistics and performance reporting.
• Travel for business opportunities and brand activation events.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a passion for brands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
